Name Andrew LYON Born 26 Sep 1813 [1] - Birth date reported by Findagrave as 25 Dec 1815, basis not clear. But an original handwritten document on file at the West Virginia State Archives states that Andrew Lyon was born on 26 Sep 1813. The same document, which appears to be a statement provided by Andrew Lyon himself, states that his wife Lavina was born on 26 Dec 1813, that they were married on 26 Mar 1835, and that George Washing Lyon (their son) was born on 2 Jan.1841.
