      CHILDERS BUYS DOAK FARM
      Ora Doak of Smithburg, well-known merchant and farmer, has sold his 282-acre farm in that community to Alton Childers, school teacher, who recently received his discharge from the U.S. Navy. Childers paid $11,280.00 for the farm. He also purchased the farm machinery, sheep and part of the cattle.
