Dotson is probably one of the many name variations of Rosetta's son-in-law William Judson Dotson. It appears that the estate of Rosetta's husband, Thomas D. Leeson, who died in 1882, had not been settled, as J. N. Dotson was also appointed Administrator of the estate of "T. D. Leeson, deceased" on Apr 11 1896.
