      Identified as W. A. Britton, 28, b. Ritchie Co, res. Tyler Co; and Dottie Osborn, 19, of Doddridge Co. Although the entry appears to state that the marriage ceremony was held on Aug 20 1913, it clearly shows that the license was issued on Sep 20 1913. Their headstone reportedly indicates a marriage date of Oct 20 1913.
