      NOTE: It appears that most of the listed family members were not actually present for this enumeration. Daughter Nancy had married in 1902 and was enumerated in 1910 with her husband in Grant District of Doddridge County. Son Daniel had married in 1898 and was enumerated in 1910 with his wife elsewhere in Southwest District of Doddridge County. Daughter Rosa had married in 1904 and was enumerated in 1910 with her husband in Harrison County. Daughter Mary had married in 1903 and was enumerated in 1910 with her husband in New Milton District of Doddridge County. Son Andrew had married in 1903 and was enumerated in 1910 with his wife in West Union District of Doddridge County. Daughter Ida had married in 1905 and was enumerated in 1910 with her husband in Ohio. Son Freeman was enumerated in 1910 as a boarder in the household of his married sister Rosa (Squires) Greathouse. Thus, the only children who were still in the home and should have been listed in this enumeration were sons Samuel and Hobert.
