Note (3) "Genealogy of Phipps Family" gives death date as Jun 28 1939, and "Hileman Genealogy" reports death as occurring on June 31 [sic] 1939 in Wetzel County. But her obituary, dated Jun 30 1939, states that she "died this morning" as "a patient in a Clarksburg hospital," which also corresponds with her death record. Her obituary and death record incorrectly identifiy her mother as Juliet Nutter, rather than Juliet Hart.
