The second birth record was a delayed entry, found in BR Del 1-134. It shows Theresa Harriet Perine born Jun 26 1899 at West Union, dau of Chapman J. Perine & Suzanna Fleming. The delayed certificate was filed on May 25 1942 by the mother.
