The first, BR 3-162, shows her born Jun 26 1899, dau of Chapman Perine & Susan 
Fleming, the third child born to this mother.  The original typed entry had 
"Platha Perine" for the name, but "Platha" was lined out and "Theresa Harriet" 
was penned in.  No indication as to who made the change or why.  The second 
birth record was a delayed entry, found in BR Del 1-134.  It shows Theresa 
Harriet Perine born Jun 26 1899 at West Union, dau of Chapman J. Perine & 
Suzanna Fleming.  The delayed certificate was filed on May 25 1942 by the 
mother.  The original handwritten entry had the first name as "Therese," but the 
final "e" was crossed out and changed to an "a" to make the name "Theresa."
