He was not present with his family for the 1920 Census, enumerated in Feb 1920. The family had moved to Doddridge County by the 1930 Census, where they were found in West Union District, location of Smithburg. Kinzy Swiger was found with his family in that census, age 10. His birth date is shown in the SSDI as March 25 1920.
