Guy Tetrick files report William Hart's birth date as Feb 8 1870 and his death date as Feb 21 1917. But death records show that he died Feb 15 1918 in Bridgeport at the age of 48y 7m 5d, putting his birth date at Jul 20 1869. He is not listed in the 1870 Census, but does appear in the 1880 Census, age 9, putting birth in about 1871.. His age was given as 22 at time of his January 1893 marriage, also putting birth in about 1871. Note (2) Birth date given as Jun 1875 in 1900 Census, but death record states Jun 17 1876. Note (3) Death record states birth date as Nov 29th, without specifying a year. Age at death given as 26y 6m 27d, which would put birthdate at Nov 1 1895. Note (4) Birth date listed in SSDI as Aug 1 1898. But 1900 Census, enumerated in Jun 1900, shows age as 10 months and birth date as Aug 1899. Note (5) Birth date given in marriage record as Apr 15 1911. But the SSDI shows it as Apr 15 1909, while the 1910 Census (enumerated on Apr 23 1910) lists him under the name Johnie with his age given as less than one month.
