    Her name often appears as "Izettah," but her obituary and SSDI state "Izetta." Obituary also spells maiden name as "Inghram" throughout the article, but "Ingram" has been found in all other sources. Her obituary and SSDI entry both have her birthdate as Jan 18 1902, six months before the birth of her brother Wheeler, whose birthdate of Jun 26 1902 is from his obituary and death record.
