    Birth:
    Although her birth date is stated in her death record as Sep 25 1867, the 1900 Census gives it as March 1868. But her marriage record and other census records consistently put her birth in about 1868. She was age 3 in the 1870 Census and age 12 in 1880. The birth date on her headstone appears to be 1861, or possibly 1881, both of which are clearly at variance with the records.
