Both entries identify the deceased as Emma Johnston, single, age 20y 18d, died Feb 21 1891, cause of death pulmonary tuberculosis (consumption). The undertaker's entry states death location as Doddridge County, with burial at Arnolds Creek, while the physician's entry states both death and burial location as "Sunny Side." (Note: Death date on her weathered headstone appears to be Feb 21 1890, but could be 1891, with age at death the same as above. Her middle initial on the headstone appears to be P, but could be R, just as her initial in the 1880 Census appears to be R but could be P. Her age in the 1880 Census was 9.)
