(Note: Given the sequence of adjacent entries and the 1896 reporting date, the 1895 death date appears to be a clerical error that should have been Jan 8 1896. The death date on her headstone is also 1896. Her age at death varies by about 3 years from the 1854 birth date on her headstone.)
