    3. [S1662] 1900 Census.
      In this Census, Lathem Ingram reported that his birthplace was West Virginia, and that both of his parents were born in Maryland. The death record of Lathem's daughter Maria states that her father was born in Monongalia County, thus supporting Lathem's statement. But in the 1920 Census, son Michael C. Ingram reported that his father was born in England and his mother in West Virginia. Basis for this discrepancy is unknown.
