      Identified as John Thomas Waller, b. Jan 30 1869 at Brushy Fork, W.Va, son of George H. Waller & Sarah Ellen Stewart. Informant: Silas H. Waller, brother. (Note: This birth record is of a typed ledger book style, with the entries not made at the time of the birth. There are several Brushy Fork communities in West Virginia, three of which are in Harrison, Ritchie and Doddridge Counties. The one in Doddridge is most likely. Reason for the entry to have been made in Barbour County is unknown.)
