    • Death record states that her date of death was Jan 20 1916. But her obituary, in the Thursday, Jan 20 1916 issue of the West Union Record, states that she died "last Monday morning at 2:15 o'clock," which would put her death date at Jan 17 1916. Her obituary in the Jan 20 1916 issue of the Doddridge County Republican also specifies that she died "at her home at 2:15 Monday morning, Jan. 17, 1916." Her headstone also has the Jan 17 1916 death date. The death record entry is believed to be a clerical error, probably based on the filing date.
