      In its entirety:
      JOSEPH KRENN DEAD
      Joseph Krenn, an aged and highly respected citizen of St. Clara, died last Saturday Evening and was buried Tuesday in the cemetery near the Lutheran church at that place. Services were conducted by Rev. W. L. Heuser of the Lutheran church of Clarksburg."
      (Note: Doddridge County death records, in the form of a handwritten ledger entry, incorrectly reports death date as Dec 9 1912. But the foregoing obituary appeared in the "West Union Herald" three weeks before, in the issue of Saturday, Nov 14 1912.)
