    • Homer Joseph Husk and Lucy L. Husk were third cousins by virtue of both being great-great-grandchildren of Samuel & Elizabeth Husk. Family tradition has it that before she died, Lucy Husk made her husband Homer promise that he would remarry her sister, Minnie J. Husk, which he did eight months later. He and wife Minnie were therefore also third cousins.
