      Name listed in birth record as Dona Collins, although her marriage record has her name as Cindonah Collins, and the birth records of two of her children identify her as Cindona Collins. Delayed birth record filed on Oct 8 1942 by Squire Bond, indentified as her uncle, so it would appear that she was actually named Cindonah at birth, but adopted the form Dona later on. West Union as her place of birth is unlikely, since birth records of two of her sons give her birthplace as Ritchie Co.
