Other research reveals that Doddridge County Marriage Record 15-273 shows a marriage license applied for on June 30 1944 by Norman Adams (b. 8/5/1922 [sic] in Doddridge Co) and Wilma Bush (b. 11/16/1922 in Gilmer Co, WV). But the application was voided and the license not issued.
