A marriage bond was taken out by Richard Perine and Alexander Kester on Oct 20 1817 for the marriage of Richard Perine and Julyan Tingler. The spelling "Julyan" is as it appears in the record. There is no indication as to the relationship of Alexander Kester to the couple. It is not stated when the wedding ceremony actually took place, so the Oct 20 1817 date is used here for that purpose.
