    • Wedding announcement, Beatrice Daily Sun, Beatrice, Nebraska, Tuesday, 13 January 1920:

HARRY J. SKOW AND MISS DORA HAMMOND MARRIED
Harry J. Skow of this city and Miss Dora Hammond of Wymore were married at Lincoln yesterday by Rev. Roy Mareen Badger, formerly pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church here.

After a brief wedding trip, the young couple will return and make their home in this city.

The bride is a talented musician and until recently was violinist with the Gilbert theatre orchestra. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Hammond, old residents of Wymore, and since returning to that place has been playing violin with Burnham's orchestra there.

The groom is a son of Mrs. J. J. Skow of 1100 Market Street and is at the head of Skow's Auto Tire Repair shop, Seventh and Court streets. He served overseas with the Eighty-eighth Division, going to France from Camp Dodge, Ia. Upon his arrival there, he attended an officers' school and was later commissioned a lieutenant. Since his return home, he has devoted his entire time to his auto business in company with his brother, Will.

Friends of the young couple will join in extending congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness and welfare.
