IOOF CEMETERY |
- There is some uncertainty regarding Otta's burial location. Although her death record indicates it as the IOOF Cemetery in West Union, readings of that cemetery have failed to locate a headstone or grave marker for her there. Likewise, a reading of the IOOF Cemetery in Harrisville, where her husband is buried with his first wife, also failed to find a marker for Otta. She has no other family at the West Union IOOF cemetery.
