Local news item, "West Union Herald," Thursday, Apr 6 1916, in its entirety:
"G. E. Dreumen of Grafton, Superintendent of concrete and stonework for the Baltimore & Ohio R. R. Co., was here a short time Saturday; he will commence the repairing of No. 9 tunnel east of Ellenboro this week. Peter Ames, of our town, has a good position with him. The lodge will lose a good man when Petey leaves." [2]
