Notes - Joseph and Deborah Gaston Taylor are buried in the Middleville Cemetery, Taylor Co WV, with five of their children, Nancy Ann Taylor Corbin, Margaret Taylor Carr, William Davidson, Andrew Allen and Josiah Taylor. Nancy, Andrew and Josiah all died in 1856, with Nancy known to have died of typhoid; her brothers are suspected to have suffered the same fate. [2]

A marriage bond was executed on Feb 11 1822 between Joseph Taylor and John Gaston for the marriage of Joseph Taylor and Deborah Gaston.
