Notes - Obituary of daughter Dorothy identifies her as the "daughter of the late Thomas Forest and Carnelia Leason Critchfield." Thomas Forest Critchfield was actually Dorothy's brother. Marriage record has his name as Thomas I. Crihfield [sic], while obituary of wife identifies him simply as Thomas Critchfield. His own death record identifies him as Thomas Irven Critchfield Sr. and incorrectly identifies his father as Thomas Irvin Critchfield.
