Event Notes
Note (1) Henry J. Whitehair was wounded and was in hospital from April 1864 till his
Honorable Discharge on May 30, 1865.  The annual Adjutant General's report for
West Virginia 1864-1865 states that Henry was wounded and lost the use of his
left arm.
