Mrs. Williams, a native of Clarksburg, W.Va., was a homemaker. 
Survivors are her son, Wayne Williams; brother, Jack Martin of Clarksburg; sister, Mrs. Glenola Kinder of Wichita 
Falls, Tex.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
