Event Notes Note (1) Birth date Jan 7 1840 in death record is at variance with marriage and census records, which consistently put birth in about 1850. Birth date on headstone is also 1850. But the headstone also inexplicably shows his date of death as 1925, which is incorrect, as his death record clearly shows that he died on Dec 18 1928.
