Event Notes
Note (1) Although there is a military grave marker for him at K of P Cemetery in
Salem, this appears to have placed as a memorial rather than a grave marker. 
The American Battle Monuments Commission reports that he was Missing in Action
and that there is a memorial for him at the National Memorial Cemetery of the
Pacific (Punchbowl), Honolulu, HI.
