Note (1) Birth date Oct 9 1879 reported by father in Dept of Interior form 3-402,
submitted on Jun 4 1898.  Her death record states that she was born on Mar 28
1878.  But her birth record, in which she was identified as Iowa Reddhouse,
daughter of Henry, indicates that she was born in March 1879, exact date not
legible.  Her age in the 1880 Census, enumerated in June, was one.
