Event Notes
Note (1) "Davis - The Settlers of Salem, WV," p. 76, reports birth date as Nov 2 1860.
But other researchers report it as Nov 2 1865 in Ross County, Ohio, which is
more consistent with her age 6 in the 1870 Census.
Note (2) Some researchers report a death date of Sep 5 1888 in Elmdale, Chase County,
Kansas.  But "Davis - The Settlers of Salem WV," p 76, reports it as Sep 5 1897,
while her husband's obituary states Sep 5 1898.  The latter dates are more
consistent with the births of her three children.
