But that conflicts with the Feb 1870 of his brother John, which was specified in the 1870 Census. Birth date on his headstone is Jun 5 1872, but that would conflict with the Aug 1872 birth date of his brother Charles. The 1900 Census shows his birth date as June 1873, age 26. Note (2) Birth date on headstone is Jul 28 1876. But the 1900 Census shows it as July 1877. Census records show that she was about a year older than her brother James. Note (3) Listed as a boarder, occupation farmer, in the household of James T. Kennedy, 53, farmer. Note (4) In household of uncle Charles Starkey and his family.
