According to cemetery records, he and his wife are buried in the Maddox Cemetery near Lockhart in Jackson County. There is no identifiable marker for him or his wife Nancy Ann (Price) Myer. Note (2) Birth date given in military records and on headstone as Sep 24 1844. But death record states Sep 24 1845, which is in keeping with his age 4 in the 1850 Census, and the 1900 Census also shows it as Sep 1845.Name Index
