Note (1) Birth given in death record as Oct 17 1880 in Tyler County, age 88.  But
birth record shows it as Oct 17 1870 in Grant District, Ritchie County.
Note (2) Death record indicates burial at the Ellenboro Masonic Cemetery, but a double
headstone for him and his wife is located at Fairmont Ridge Cemetery.
Note (3) Birthplace given in death record as Lumberport, Harrison County, and her
marriage record also states Harrison County.  But her birth record shows it as
Doddridge County.  Given the discrepancies and the fact that the birth record
was a typed ledger book entry apparently made long afterwards, her actual
birthplace remains in doubt.
