where on a slate stone was the following inscription:  "Here lieth the body of John Maxson, died Dec 17 1720 in the 82nd 
year of his life."  The early ministers of the First Hopkinton Church have been reinterred on the spont where the Church 
stood, and a monument has been erected to their memory. p. 341.
