"Mrs. T.D. Smith 
The wife of T.D. Smith, the B&O pumper at Wolf Summit, son of John A. Smith, of this place, died on Friday of last week, 
and was interred at Wolf Summit. She was the daughter of Marion Dotson, of near Greenwood." 
(NOTE:  The Friday referenced above would put the date of death at Jan 4 1901.  But her death record states the death 
date as Jan 3 1901, with burial date on Jan 4th.)
