The name Samson has not been found elsewhere in connection with James S. McNemar. The middle name Sanford is found in his daughter Grace's birth record and in his own death record.) In the 1920 Census of Harrison Co, WV (Coal District), James S. McNemar, 62, widowed, was in the household of his daughter and son-in-law, Ada B. & Claude L. Lindsey.
