Rymer, written in 1909, in addition to stating how his estate was to be split among his five children, also included the following instruction regarding his grandchildren: "My three sons as above named are to pay to each of my two grandchildren the sum of ($20.00) Twenty Dollars: that is to say that each of the two grandchildren is to have the sum of Sixty Dollars: said amounts to be paid when each of the two said children become of the age of twenty-one years old. One of the said grandchildren is the son of my daughter Dora, and its name is Wm. O. Rymer; and the other child is the child of Mary Jane, and its name is Burl. The land mentioned in this will is to be held good for said amounts of $60.00 Sixty dollars to each grandchild as named above."
