Vincent, 19, son of Joseph I. Vincent; and Barbara A. Davissen (sic), 19, res. Doddridge Co, dau of B. C. Davissen; license issued on Oct 17 1853. (2) Book 1, p. 42, is a certification by Ezekiel Bee, dated Dec 12 1853, that he married them on Oct 18 1853.
