Note (1) Jane Lynch, in "Descendants of Jacob Starcher," provides Mildred Starcher's
birthdate as Sep 20 1909, death in Oct 1976, and identifies her second husband
as Claude Sevy.  But SSDI lists birthdate for Mildred Sevy (died Oct 1976,
residence in Florida, Social Security card issued in West Virginia in 1956) as
Aug 19 1909.
