Note (1) Calhoun County Index to Delayed Births (LDS Microfilm #0808282) has two
entries for Icy Husk.  Book 2, p. 125, lists a birth date of Jun 8 1903, while
Book 3, p. 128, shows a birth date of Jun 8 1904.  Parents not identified in
this transcription of the index.  Social Security Death Index lists birth date
as Jun 18 1903, and marriage record in July 1924 gives age as 21, placing birth
date in 1903.
