on Feb 2 1847. Despite the name variance, this is considered to be the same couple. Mary Jane Pritchard did go by her
middle name. But Wes Cochran's "Ritchie County WV Marriages 1843-1915" shows the same couple with a marriage date of
Feb 2 1848. The later date is considered more likely.
