Note (1) Birth date given in death record as May 21 1872, but the 1900 Census shows it
as Aug 1873.  Age 6 in the 1880 Census would put it in about 1874.  Birthplace
given as Gilmer County in marriage record, but as Randolph County in death
record.
Note (2) Birth date given in death record as Jan 15 1907.  But age 5 in the 1910
Census and age 15 in 1920 would put it in about 1905.
