Note (1) Birth date given in marriage record as Mar 21 1912, but obituary and Social
Security records state Jan 11 1911.  Birthplace given in 1920 and 1930 censuses
as West Virginia, and in marriage record as Salem, WV.  But his World War II
enlistment document states Colorado, his WW II draft registration states Denver,
Colorado, and his obituary states Rocky Ford, Colorado.
