Note (1) Birth date given in SSDI as Jul 23 1889, and date on headstone is Jul 21
1889.  But birth record shows it as Jul 23 1888, and it was also Jul 1888 in the
1900 Census.  Name appears on headstone as Willa, and in SSDI and sister's
obituary as Willia, but she was identified as Willie in her birth record, her
marriage record, and in most census records.  Her husband's World War I draft
registration identified her as Willie Louella Simons.
