Event Notes
Note (1) Although his birth record shows this birth date as Feb 28 1858, other records
consistently indicate his birth one year earlier.  His birth date was given in
the 1900 Census as Feb 1857, and the birth date on his headstone is also 1857. 
Age 3 in the 1860 Census and age 13 in the 1870 Census, with a younger sibling
age 2 and 11, also indicates his birth in or about 1857.
Note (2) Birth date on headstone is 1857.  But death indicates a birth date of 1866,
while the 1900 Census shows it as Nov 1867, age 32.
