Event Notes
Note (1) Although Findagrave and Ramage's "Doddridge County Cemeteries" report a birth
date of Oct 24 1828, it is likely that the correct date is Oct 1832.  That is
the date given in the 1900 Census, and ages given in the 1850 thru 1880 censuses
consistently indicate a birth date between 1831 and 1833.
