being on the border of Harrison and Doddridge counties:
Union Magisterial Dist. (part) including West Milford town
All of district south of a line beginning on West Fork River at the mouth of
Buffalo Creek; thence up said creek to the Big Buffalo Post Office; thence with
the road to Turtle Tree Fork of Ten Mile; thence up the road to Doddridge County
line at Porter Day's.
